We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
